Refund policy

 

ONLINE RETURNS

We know online shopping doesn't always result in the perfect purchase, so you are welcome to return any full price items (excluding underwear, face masks and body products) for a store credit for the value of the item(s), or refund (minus the postage) it as long as it's within the terms of our returns policy as set out below:

Please note that we are unable to provide a refund or credit note for any sale item(s) so please ensure you choose carefully.  Any item purchased during a flash sale or with a discount code is considered a sale item.

We are unable to accept returns on underwear, jewellery, sunglasses and body products for hygiene reasons so please take care with your selection.

Orders that qualify for free shipping do so on the understanding that you will keep the goods purchased.  Goods returned under free shipping will have the shipping of $10 taken off the cost of the refund.

Afterpay items:

Please note, any items purchased via Afterpay cannot be returned for a refund, but can be returned for an exchange or an online credit provided you contact us within 14 days of purchase.

To return a full price purchase:

1. Before returning any item(s) please email us and provide us with your order # within 24 hours of receiving your parcel at hello@fearlesswanaka.nz to advise of your return.

2. Please ensure that:

  • The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase
  • The item(s) still have all original swing tags and packaging


3. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of delivery of your order.

    You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning any item(s) to us. All returns must be sent by courier or tracked post and must have adequate insurance to cover the full purchase price of the item(s). If we do not receive the item(s) or we receive item(s) that have been damaged in transit, you will not receive a refund or credit note.

    EXCHANGES

    We do not offer exchanges on any item(s) purchased online. If you receive an item and it is eligible for return then simply return as per the above instructions and place a new order for the item you wish to replace it with.

    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you need to cancel an online order, email hello@fearlesswanaka.nz and tell us you wish to cancel. Please include your name, details of your order, and the reason for cancellation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may, however, be eligible to return it in accordance with our returns policy.

    IN-STORE RETURNS

    If you change your mind about a full priced purchase you can return your item for store credit within 14 days of purchase date.  You must be able to provide proof of purchase and the items must be in new condition with original swing tags still attached or packaging still intact, this includes footwear in the original box.
